Course Syllabus

Course Length:

8 hours of ground school (16 hours total)

2 hours cockpit procedures training (CPT), two 3-hour simulator sessions

If taking a checkride in King Air 300/350 or Citation, one simulator session will be replaced with a 3-hour in-aircraft block.

Beechcraft King Air 350i Flight Training Device

Full Pro Line 21 avionics suite with dual FMS 3000, 180° visuals, and motion base. Used for initial and recurrent training.

Beechcraft King Air 200 Flight Training Device

Equipped with a three-channel visual system, supporting initial and recurrent training for King Air 90/100/200/300/350.

Redbird CRV Simulator

FAA-certified Advanced Aviation Training Device (AATD) replicating the Cessna Caravan in analog and glass-panel configurations. Includes GPS, autopilot, and systems simulation.

Redbird FMX Simulator

3-axis electric motion platform. Configurable as a Cessna 172 Skyhawk, Beechcraft 58 Baron, or Cessna 206 Stationair with either steam gauges or G1000. FAA AATD approved.
